Concept to Market can provide support for start up’s in 3 related areas:
1. IP valuation, market research, market entry planning, sales and marketing expertise, channels to market including licensing agreements - with an eye on IP protection;
2. organisational structure, identifying skill / expertise gaps, dealing with growth pains, business model testing, investment funding, grants, business case development, risk assessment and contingency planning, project management; and
3. technology assessment, validation and commercialisation, development pathways, management of technical teams involved in technology development and the commercialisation of innovative products and services.
